PAYMENTS Q. How do I pay for my order? A. You have to make payment via our payment gateway, which supports all major cards, net banking and UPI. We do not have Cash-on-delivery option. Q. What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails? A. If your payment transaction fails, please contact us at hello@inkandgraphite.com SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY Q. What are the shipping charges? A. A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable on all orders. Q. By when will I receive the ordered products? A. Majority of our products are Hand-Made/Made to Order, so we take around 2-3 days (5-6 days for customised products) to process the orders and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. The duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days (14-20 days for customised products) depending on your delivery location. We are not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. ORDER TRACKING Q. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully? A. You will get an order confirmation email shortly after you place the order. If you do not get the order confirmation email, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@inkandgraphite.com Q. How can I track my order? A. You would also get a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details. Then you can check the track your order via respective courier website. ORDER CANCELLATION Q. Can I cancel an order? A. Yes. You can cancel the order (customised and non-customised) within 24 hours of placing the order. Q. Will I get the refund for my order? A. Yes.
