Replacement Policy
We at Ink and Graphite, make every effort to deliver all products to our customer in the best condition. Our Customer Support Service hours are from Monday to Friday.11.00 AM to 05:00 PM IST. We do not have a return policy as most of our products are handmade, instead we offer you a replacement of the unused product within 10 days of delivery of the product. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT (i) The product can be raised for replacement if you have received a damaged or defected product. (ii) The product can be raised for replacement if you have received a mismatched product in terms of style, colour or size. (iii) Products in sets cannot be returned individually. (iv) If you want some other product instead of what you ordered. If the product falls under (i) or (ii) above mentioned reasons please mail at hello@inkandgraphite.com within 48 hours from the receipt of the product mentioning the reason for replacement along with an image of the product with order number. On receipt, we will send you a replacement conformation mail with all the details. If the replacement issue falls under (iv) then Return Shipping Charges of the returned product is beard by the customer. Ink & Graphite is not responsible for shipping fees of returned products or lost returns. Please use a trackable and reputed courier service for returning the product. We must receive the returned shipment within 15 days of issuing of the product. Once we receive the return product we would send you a replacement, within 7 days. NO CASH REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS ARE MADE.
Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping on orders above Rs. 300- and for orders below Rs. 300- a flat shipping fee of Rs. 50/- is charged.Returned Shipping Charges is beard by the customer in case (iv) as mentioned above. Ink & Graphite is not responsible for shipping fees of returned products or lost returns.
